Why does the Russian language sound scary?
Maybe it's just me but Russian sounds kinda scary sometimes :D

It really doesn’t. Russian is actually the most beautiful language I’ve ever heard, especially the consonants.

No, it does not. It has a lot of palatalization which may sound foreign to those whose native language doesn’t have it. And when compared to palatalized, “hard” consonants may sound “extra hard”, for example.

I agree with Russian sounding scary, or rather, to my ears, tiresome, only as far as the speech of people in the media, most notably news anchors who speak like robots. But not in general
