I like this one: Поспешишь - людей насмешишь
It means if you hurry, you’ll be mocked
Something like only fools rush in

I find this one pretty wise and funny at the same time: 
Слово - не воробей, вылетит - не поймаешь (A spoken word is not a sparrow. Once it flies out, you can't catch it)
