That each verb has two forms (perfective/imperfective), each being used for a panel of tenses! It was very difficult to understand and get used to it.

The word order is less restrictive than in English but what’s crazy is that before this concept was introduced to me, I didn’t even realize I used word order as a grammatical tool in my own language. I guess I haven’t really thought about it.
