How to pronounce chocolate correctly?
I have a question about chocolate. It seems that it’s pronounced like шекалад, not шакалад which would be according to the rule. Am I right?

Шоколад is an exception so yes, it’s pronounced like that - шекалад

You can even hear something like шЫ-ка-лад sometimes
