Apps or sites similar to Hello Talk

I’d really like to practice the language so I’m looking for something like Hello Talk to find a native or fluent Russian speaker for a language exchange. Any ideas?

iTalki has section for questions, discussions, etc. First of all, it’s a nice way to find an answer to your question, but sometimes people would write to you and offer to chat in both English and Russian (at least it happened to me).

I've heard about Pikabu (analogue for Russian-speaking Reddit). Not exactly what you are looking for but still might help
